Fee Structure

Fees are negotiated on an individual basis and vary according to the type and number of services required.

Fees may be reduced for multiple vacancy assignments or placement of staff within one calendar year.

Fees are traditionally a percentage of Gross Annual Remuneration and may vary between 10 and 20%, dependent on the extent of the service.

The costs of advertising, candidate travel and accommodation are recovered at cost from the client.

Fees are negotiable within acceptable parameters.
